Ailtitude was founded by Aart Jan Schouten, Martijn Kors and Robert van de Camp. Their roles bring together business transformation, product design and AI engineering.
Is the collective a separate company or service?
The collective is Ailtitude’s wider delivery network. Senior transformation consultants and AI engineers work with the core team using a shared method and quality standard.
Can I join the collective?
We welcome conversations with experienced transformation experts and AI engineers. Selection is personal and based on expertise, business value, craftsmanship and the ability to work within a shared method.
